Hopeful Beginnings.

In 2014, the Epsilon chapter of Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity created the Epsilon Boule Education Foundation, Inc. in the District of Columbia. The Epsilon Boule Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) federal tax exempt organization.
